About me:

I have been told more than once, that I have an "Old Soul" for my age. I don't know if that's the case or not. I do know that I have experienced more than the average 30 year old. Perhaps, even more than the average 75 year old? I have not shared this with very many people, and I now choose to, because it will tell you a lot about me. I believe it is a very powerfull story. When I was 8 years old, I hit my head on a chair, not a big deal, kids do it all the time, right? That minor tap resulted in multiple surgeries to the head. That night of the injury, I had went into convulsions from a concussion, One month after that, I had a grand mal seizure. (the worst kind of seizure) I stopped breathing, and my dad gave me CPR until the paramedics arrrived. That's when it all began. I was fortunate in the asspect that I only had seizures while I was sleeping. I would have multiple grand mal seizures every night. I experienced an allergic reaction to most medications, and the others medications would not work. At the age of 12, my parents gave me a choice of continuing as is, or possibly having a new operational procedure. I chose the operation. I was told this procedure would consist of at least 3 stages leading to surgery. After making it through the 3 stages, I had the surgery to remove the whole supplemental motor strip area from the left side of my brain. Surgery went well, but I suffered a stoke afterwards. The stroke left me completely paralized on my right side. I was confused as to where I was, who I was, and or who my parents were. I felt like a baby inside a 13 year old girl's body. I had Doctors tell me that I would never walk again. I refused to believe it! Long story short, after multiple surgeries and a stroke, here I am today, walking, talking and living life to its fullest! I am truly blesssed!"

My definition of success is:

"Success is peace of mind that can be obtained only from the self-satisfaction of knowing that you have made the effort to do the very best of which you are capable."

My purpose on earth is:

To love, Face my Fears, and to keep it real, and honor myself then others.
